for the Performing Arts, Dover, DE: Rehabilitation of historic theater
and addition of practice and recital areas.

Aaron Burr Hall,
Prince University, Princeton, NJ: Renovations and addition to an
historic 40,000 square foot classroom, assembly and office building.

Natural
Lands Trust, Media, PA: New
addition to historic farmhouse incorporating geothermal heat pump system,
passive solar, and day lighting features. Project is being certified
under the LEED program of the U.S. Green Building Council. (Completed
Spring, 2002)
Roebling Gatehouse
Museum, Roebling, NJ: Renovations to an historic gatehouse and garage
to convert both structures into a museum with a quality archive area,
general museum exhibit, and comfort controlled support areas.
Rosenbach Museum
& Library, Philadelphia, PA: Renovations to a Philadelphia House
Museum including upgrading of mechanical and electrical systems to museum
quality. (Completed Fall, 2002)
