General Experience:  Mr. Randall, a Principal, has performed Analysis, Engineering and Construction Administration at Bruce E. Brooks & Associates for over eighteen years. Project engineering experience includes work at universities, libraries, municipal buildings, commercial office buildings including high rise, religious institutions, theaters, medical facilities, historic facilities, visitors centers, museums, parking garages, laboratories, natatoria, and tenant fitout.

 

Selected Project Experience:

§         Multiple projects to the Upper and Lower Schools, as well as the Middle School, which is targeting a Platinum Level LEED certification, Sidwell Friends School, Washington, DC.

§         Two new dormitories totaling approximately 450 beds as part of the West Campus Residential Initiative, Cornell University, Ithaca, NY.

§         Construction of a 31,000 square foot community building with fitness, gymnasium, café, and multipurpose areas.  Project incorporates principles of sustainable design.  Noyes Community and Recreation Center, Cornell University, Ithaca, NY    

§         New visitors education center and interpretive museum, Cusano Environmental Education Center, John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge at Tinicum, Philadelphia, PA.

§         New integrated athletic center with gymnasiums, fitness center, squash, fencing, multipurpose, locker rooms and other support spaces including detailed energy, emissions, and LEED Gold certified analyses, Haverford College, Haverford, PA

§         New Wallace Social Sciences building, Princeton University, Princeton, NJ.

§         Adaptive reuse of 23,000 square foot historical building, including ground-coupled heat pump system, West Philadelphia Enterprise Center, Philadelphia, PA.

§         New addition to historic farmhouse, incorporating geothermal heat pump system and passive solar and day lighting features, Natural Lands Trust, Media, PA.

§         Conditions assessment, campus master planning, and phased implementation of upgrades.  George School, Newtown, PA
