General Experience:  Mr. Swisher has performed Analysis, Engineering and Construction Administration for nearly twenty years. Project engineering experience includes work at universities, libraries, municipal buildings, commercial office buildings including high rise, religious institutions, theaters, medical facilities, historic facilities, visitors centers, museums, parking garages, laboratories, natatoria, and tenant fitout.

 

In his role as Lead Electrical Engineer, Mr. Swisher performs the building electrical system evaluations and oversees and coordinates the engineering, design and construction administration of the electrical systems.

 

Selected Project Experience:

§         Renovations and additions to historic 40,000 square foot classroom, assembly and office building, Aaron Burr Hall, Princeton University, Princeton, NJ

§         Multiple projects to the Upper and Lower Schools, as well as the Middle School, which is targeting a Platinum Level LEED certification, Sidwell Friends School, Washington, DC.

§         New 60,000 square foot athletic facility including gymnasium, fitness center, multi-purpose room, locker rooms, classrooms, and other support spaces. Georgian Court University, Lakewood, NJ.

§         Base building systems design for conversion of a former pharmaceutical manufacturing facility into an office complex, 1500 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, PA

§         Feasibility Study for the Wilson College, Princeton University.

§         New 31,000 square foot community building with fitness, gymnasium, café, and multipurpose areas.  Project incorporates principles of sustainable design with potential for LEED certification, Noyes Community and Recreation Center, Cornell University, Ithaca, NY

§         New math and science center incorporating daylight harvesting and photovoltaic arrays for the Millbrook School in Millbrook, NY.

§         New 100,000 square foot integrated athletic center with gymnasiums, fitness center, squash, fencing, multipurpose, locker rooms and other support spaces including detailed energy, emissions, and LEED analyses, Haverford College, Haverford, PA
