General Experience:  Mr. Hodos, a Principal, has over fifteen years of experience in the analysis, de­sign, and construction of building electrical systems.  Project experience includes work at museums, public schools, private schools, universities, medical facilities and large commercial/utility companies. His experience covers both renovation and new construction projects.

 

Selected Project Experience:

§         Renovation of the historic Nemours Mansion and Museum, Wilmington, DE.

§         Design and construction of a 14,800 square foot core building services installation consisting of wet labs, dry labs, office, and support spaces for the University City Science Center, 3624 Market Street, 5th Floor.

§         Design of a 4,000 square foot addition for the Digital Education Studio plus internal renovations for two Community Rooms, Digital Kitchen, Portal and approximately 5,000 square feet of administrative, storage and other ancillary space for WHYY, Philadelphia, PA.

§         Design of a new building for the Horticulture Department of the University of Pennsylvania.  The building will include office and meeting spaces, classrooms, and exhibit space for education and community outreach programs.  Project will pursue a LEED Platinum rating. Morris Arboretum Horticulture Center, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA.

§         Two phase addition to the existing Henderson North and South building complex, home of the College of Health and Human Development.  Henderson Building Additions, Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA.

§         Tenant fitout of 26,000 square feet of office space including executive offices, open plan offices, conference rooms, a multi-purpose room, and other ancillary spaces.  Project achieved a Gold rating as a pilot project under the LEED™ Commercial Interiors draft rating system. Wallace, Roberts & Todd Offices, Philadelphia, PA 

§         New transit center and street lighting improvements for the downtown area, Charlottesville, VA.  LEED Gold.

§         New Visitors Education Center and Interpretive Museum, National Environmental Education Center, John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge at Tinicum, Philadelphia, PA.

§         New 100,000 square foot indoor athletic facility including court space, locker rooms, shower rooms, and offices, Haverford College, Haverford, PA. LEED Gold.

§         New Multi-faith Sanctuary addition to existing Eisenhower Chapel at Penn State, State College, PA

§         Various laboratory renovations for the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, Philadelphia, PA
