We seek highly qualified individuals in the following areas:

• Mechanical CAD (Design/Draft) - Design and documentation of building mechanical systems. Demostrated ability with AutoCAD MEP or Revit (including BIM) is required.
• Electrical Engineer - Design of power, emergency power, lighting, and life safety systems. Bachelor's degree; 5+ years experience; AutoCAD MEP or Revit proficiency; EIT or PE license preferred.
• Project Manager - Manage MEP aspects of architecturally significant and sustainable projects in the Northeast region from concept through construction. Ideal candidate has project management experience plus a mechanical or electrical background in building design and construction. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
