Project Manager

BBA is seeking an experienced project manager to guide a variety of important projects in the Northeast from concept through construction. Candidates should have a background in building systems design, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering.

Required:

  • Minimum five years of experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Tactful and diplomatic team player
  • Successful track record managing in-house engineers
  • Ability to retain clients and lay the groundwork for future project opportunities

Mechanical Engineer

BBA is seeking an engineer in the design of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems for buildings. Candidates who are licensed professional engineers or engineers-in-training are preferred.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or architectural engineering
  • Three to six years of experience
  • Knowledge of current codes and standards with proficiency in load calculations, equipment selection, system design and specification writing
  • AutoCAD MEP proficiency

Desired Experience:

  • Energy recovery systems; sewage ejectors and sump pumps
  • Non-aqueous fire suppression systems
  • Autodesk Revit MEP
  • Energy modeling

Mechanical Designer

BBA is seeking a mechanical designer of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems for buildings.

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum seven years of experience
  • Knowledge of current codes and standards with proficiency in load calculations, equipment selection, system design and specification writing
  • AutoCAD MEP and Autodesk Revit MEP proficiency

Desired Experience:

  • Design classes from trade organizations (ASHRAE, ASPE, ASSE, NFPA etc.)

Mechanical Draftsperson

BBA is seeking a mechanical draftsperson of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems for buildings.

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • AutoCAD MEP proficiency (v. 2010-2012)

Desired Experience:

  • Autodesk Revit MEP proficiency (v. 2010-2012)

Electrical Engineer

BBA is seeking an engineer in the design of power, lighting and fire alarm systems for buildings. Candidates who are licensed professional engineers or certified engineers-in-training are preferred.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or architectural engineering
  • Minimum six years of experience
  • Knowledge of current codes and standards with proficiency in load calculations, equipment selection, system design and specification writing
